  Here is how our Designer-Led Remodeling process works:

 

• 1-  I meet with you and walk the project to discuss your vision, budget, time frame and brainstorm possibilities.  

•  2:  Contractor Meeting:  I bring in my contractors to walk the project, get their input on the work to be done, and have them measure for materials.

•  3:  Proposal:  I prepare a written qoute that details the scope of work, allowances, and approximate time-frame to complete your project. 

• We then meet to discuss the qoute and finalize the contract.
